OK,
Here's the scenario
1. CCW dude goes into a Minimart.
2. While CCW dude is in Minimart, Goblin starts to STAB (as in "with a knife") the owner of the MM.
3. CCW dude draws his pistol, stops the stabbing, and detains Goblin (no shots fired) for the PoPo.
4. Owner goes to the hospital, and survives the STABBING.
5. Owner puts up Signs at his store....to say no WHAT?
Someone tell me that this is the Twilight Zone...Pwa-ease someone tell me that. This is insane!
