1. You identify that you are AT WAR.
2. You NAME your ENEMY.
3. You go to your ENEMY and YOU KILL THEM. If you KNOW where they are, you deliver a KILL shot. You DESTROY their ability to wage war on you. If you have to level their cities, you level their cities.
4. You DO NOT apologize.
5. You DO NOT read them their miranda rights.
6. You DO NOT play nice so that you don't hurt their feelings.
7. You DO NOT tell them when you are leaving.
8. You DO NOT telegraph your intentions by dropping leaflets 45 minutes before you bomb them.
9. If they ask for a HUDNA, you BOMB THEM even more.
10. If the attempt a HIJRAH, you carpet bomb them during their attempt.
If your leaders do not follow these rules, your intent is TO LOSE.
