Founding Fathers never "meant" anything BUT Muskets!!
Riddle me this....IF the FF's ONLY were refering to single shot "blackpowder" rifles when they wrote the Bill of Rights.....I guess THEY FORGOT ABOUT THIS ONE.....right?
