Ok,  so the judge sez to the PoPo

"Yes, Mista PoPo, dat second amendment dayr sez that people can keep and bear arms...it just don't protect the right to use da arms"

by the way....did I note that this is in Seattle (starbukz country).



So....according to the "logic" of the Seattle Judge

you have the right to bear arms...just not to use them,

OK....so that means

you have the right to free speech....you just can't say anything
you have the right to assemble.....just not in a public place
you have the right to not incriminate yourself.....except when we want you to
you have the right to secure your papers....except when we pull you over for no reason.

This judge is one special kinda stupid!
