Here’s What A Liberal ‘Gun-Grab’ Would Look Like And Why It Would Ultimately Fail
So, how do liberals get their wish for a disarmed, subservient population? Because all this talk of gun banning – and now they are finally admitting that they want to take our guns – raises some practical questions. Not least among them is how you get a hundred million-plus armed citizens to cheerfully turn over their firearms at the behest of a bunch of liberals who have nothing but contempt for normal Americans.
Let’s not focus on the political blowback – the massive mobilization of voters who suddenly take an interest in politics because their guns are threatened and vote in pro-freedom candidates. That’s already happening – the ranks of the NRA are swelling and there were 20 people waiting for the doors to open last weekend at a local Los Angeles gun shop.
Instead, let’s look at the practical obstacles to gun banning. The first is legal. Some jurisdiction passes a law infringing upon the right to keep and bear arms and those subjected to that injustice go to court to challenge it. But this is problematic. While the majority of Americans understand the Constitution’s Second Amendment to mean exactly what it says, liberals see the Constitution as less a foundational document than a list of suggestions to be disregarded as they become inconvenient.
Hillary is already making the repeal of the First Amendment a key part of her campaign – she doesn’t like that citizens are allowed to unite and make movies critical of her – and we’ve seen Obama heap contempt upon freedom of religion, due process, and the right to be free of unreasonable searches. Only a slim majority of the Supreme Court is even willing to enforce what the Second Amendment says, and it just recently refused to consider challenges to laws banning normal capacity magazines and that unicorn of the gun debate, “assault weapons.”
This means an American citizen stands a remote chance of being able to use the judicial process to protect his rights, and it is a grave injustice when a constitutionally-guaranteed freedom can simply be written out of the Bill of Rights by the courts’ refusal to enforce it. This reinforces the ultimate rationale for citizens keeping weapons – to maintain the ability to resist tyranny.
So, when the courts ignore our rights, it fuels, and provides moral justification for, the next problem gun grabbers would face – “Irish democracy.” Irish democracy is simply systemic noncompliance – people refuse to play along and cooperate with the unjust system. The government needs our cooperation. We generally believe our laws are just and that they were instituted fairly, and therefore usually feel morally obligated to obey. That’s why people stop at stop signs in the middle of nowhere; that’s why the self-reporting income tax system can function. America works on the honor system. But when the system is perceived as unjust, that ends.
Look at Connecticut’s obnoxious new gun laws banning whole categories of standard weapons. Law abiding citizens did not line up at the local police station to turn in their black rifles. They kept them. They just refused to comply. Now, Connecticut has not yet tried to send police house to house to collect these wicked tools. Mass sweeps for guns without warrants might even arouse the sensitivities of liberal judges who are willing to ignore the Second Amendment but balk at ignoring the Fourth.
But even if the government got over that hurdle, who do they send? Law enforcement is decentralized – the state can’t simply order local police departments and sheriffs to do the dirty work. Even assuming he’s not as outraged as his constituents, the local sheriff out in the country wants to be reelected, and sending his deputies farm to farm to please a bunch of big city liberals is a poor electoral strategy. A good number of chiefs and sheriffs would respond with impolite, anatomically challenging suggestions.
But assuming you find a willing agency head, you still have to get the beat cops to go get those guns. Good luck. Besides the many who would simply announce, “Hell no, I’m not doing it” (only to be fired and then initiate union agitation and budget-busting litigation), you would have a bunch who would simply not play along. They would call in sick. They would find an emergency to distract them. Or they would open a closet door, look over the three illegal AR-platform rifles, and announce “Nothing here.”
And if they did haul in some citizen for the crime of emulating America’s founders, it’s perfectly reasonable to expect that one of the twelve citizens in the box would comply with what would be an aggressive campaign by pro-freedom advocates to encourage jurors not to convict those accused of unconstitutional gun “crimes.” This kind of jury nullification already happens in urban drug cases.
Of course, whole municipal and state governments would refuse to cooperate. Today, 30 of the 50 states have Republican governors. The vast majority of the country is red – they are never going to pass such laws and, if the feds did, they may very well refuse to enforce them or assist the federal government in doing so. The governor of Texas announcing that the Lone Star state simply will not allow the enforcement of a gun ban within its borders is going to drive the liberals in Washington to distraction and guarantee him another term in office.
Then it could get ugly. The unique combination of ego, hatred for normal Americans, and bar-exam-failing stupidity of Hillary might cause her to try to use military force to crush resistance. Any effort to use massive force to impose the liberals’ vision of a gun-free Utopia faces the practical problem of a lot of armed Americans.
There are millions of Americas with guns, many of them veterans who know how to employ them. We would certainly see more Ruby Ridges and Wacos as people took up arms to resist, if not much, much worse. A dedicated effort to forcefully disarm our citizenry would cost lives on both the pro-freedom and pro-fascism sides.
But, before Hillary could employ the military, she’d have to contend with resistance from within its ranks. Our warriors signed on to kill America’s enemies, not other Americans whose beliefs are generally pretty close to those of our troops. Don’t count on our guys in uniform killing or dying to please a bunch of coastal liberals determined to turn American citizens into defenseless subjects. And the special snowflake spawn of the coastal elites certainly aren’t going to emerge from their safe spaces and gender studies seminars to suit up in Kevlar and kick in doors in Middle America.

Freddie Gray MisTrial in Baltimore
I've been "kinda" watching this for the last couple of months because, frankly, the level of stupidity of the citizens of Baltimore astound me.
So the judge has declared a Mis-trial, and the inevitable "R8CIST" comments instantly ensue from the stupids.
"Another group of protesters called police officers racist, chanting, "No justice, no peace" and, "All night, all day, we will fight for Freddie Gray."
alrighty then...so the stupids want to say this is a racist thing....that's REALLY FUNNY. Here is why.
1. The PoPo being charged (William Porter).......is black.
2. The chief of police (Anthony Batts).......is black
3. The prosecutor (Marilyn Mosby)..........is black
4. The Judge (Barry Williams).......is black
5. The Mayor (Stephanie Rawlings-Blake).....is black (hyphened last name usually means a Lib too)
............so.........how EXACTLY is this a racist thing?

Name me a symbolic location in the midwest of Dar al Harb (that means house of war...the term used for the USofA) that would, if attacked/destroyed, be a HUGE political statement.
I'll give you some hints:
1. It's in the midwest (duh)
2. It's very large
3. It's symbolic of the west
4. It's VERY recognizable
5. It's hollow.
6. It's made of shiny metal

Answer: The St Louis Arch...the GATEWAY to the WEST (I REALLY HOPE that I am wrong on this)

How long until a Beslan in the US happens?

Am I the only one who sees a problem here.
Shooters were "radicalized" before they met
Shooters have been in place and "discussing" attacks in 2012
StrawMan/Brother-In-Law by GreenCard Sham was on LE radar for the last year (it was an "inactive investigation")....never mind that the FBI has a THOUSAND ACTIVE investigations, and supposedly, Marquez "recently" converted to Islam. Also, his "russian" wife is Chechen (not confirmed yet since she has "mysteriously" disappeared).
Syed had "casing" photos of one of the local schools on his cell (luckily the PoPo didn't destroy that when the ventilated him)
Syed's job allowed him to "case" at least 11 schools and a local hospital.
A separate issue, but a OPLAN analysis of this: The Go-Pro Cameras (boxes in the car) haven't been located.
I think the filming was the primary mission of the attack...BECAUSE:
1. They had an ingress plan
2. They had an egress plan...which meant they INTENDED to get out before the police.
3. They had a plan for their child
4. They left IED's for the first responders (luckily those IEDs FAILED)
5. The GoPros "dissapeared" somewhere between Inland and when they confronted the PoPo
6. Since they had completed their mission, they needed to finish the operation by "Dying for Allah" in order to become "perfect muslims"
Now....IF this is indeed their plan (and ANYONE with a little bit of military planning skills coulda figured this out) Why do ya 'spose they wanted to FILM an attack on a Kafir's CHRISTMAS party?
AND...the PoPo still had a manhunt for a THIRD shooter (identified by multiple survivors) AFTER the Shooters were ventilated be the PoPo. So....where is this guy?

I stole this from PopeHat, but it illustrates the point about those "enlightened" people who say we must "Ban Icky Assault Weapons"
It's hard to grasp the reaction of someone who understands gun terminology to someone who doesn't. So imagine we're going through one of our periodic moral panics over dogs and I'm trying to persuade you that there should be restrictions on, say, Rottweilers.
Me: I don't want to take away dog owners' rights. But we need to do something about Rottweilers.
You: So what do you propose?
Me: I just think that there should be some sort of training or restrictions on owning an attack dog.
You: Wait. What's an "attack dog?"
Me: You know what I mean. Like military dogs.
You: Huh? Rottweilers aren't military dogs. In fact "military dogs" isn't a thing. You mean like German Shepherds?
Me: Don't be ridiculous. Nobody's trying to take away your German Shepherds. But civilians shouldn't own fighting dogs.
You: I have no idea what dogs you're talking about now.
Me: You're being both picky and obtuse. You know I mean hounds.

What the hell does that mean? I have a 1st Amendment right, Ms Lynch, to say whatever I want about Muslims.
You want to try and prosecute me for what I say? I dare you. Here goes:
Most Muslims around the world are terrorists, support terrorism, and/or support Sharia Law. They are our enemy. I don’t want them in America. Any Muslim that won’t assimilate should get the hell out of America. Any Muslim that is a terrorist or supports terrorism should be killed. If “Moderate” Muslims don’t speak out against terrorism, they are our enemy and we should call them out and kick them out of this country. I hope there is a backlash against Muslims because Islam, as practiced by most Muslims, is not a religion of peace, and all of us who do live in peace should do whatever we can to defeat Islam.
There Ms Lynch. As an American, I have a right to say everything I just did. And I will continue to speak the truth about Islam in the hopes that others will wake up to this truth and do what we can to defeat this evil in our midst.

Just prior to SNF, KPTB goes on the boob-tube (how appropriate for him) to lecture us with his "it's not the fault of Islam" speech. Of course he HAS TO pitch his gun control agenda....since his efforts in Syria, and Iraq, and Iran, and Afghanistan, and Libya, and with Boko Haram, and the JV Team, and Obamacare, and Putin, and his "awesome vetting process"...ahem.....which led to San Bernanadino no less, and his handling of the economy.

So...he wants to make it that IF you are on the no-fly list, you can't exercise your rights as an American.....hmmmm....it "just sounds so special" doesn't it. Well the Dhims and the LSM and the LIV that aren't paying attention would have you think so.

1. There is no "control" for the No-Fly-List....meaning, if some bureaucrat (let's just call him Barack) doesn't like your particular "view" of the way he does things, he can just "convieniently" add your name to the list and....PRESTO.....no more 2nd, 4th, or 5th amendment for you sucka!! You are now BANNED from defending yourself. Banned from unreasonable search. Banned from an actual legal trial and facing your accuser...rather, you are now guilty until YOU provide proof of innocence because "someone" doesn't think you should have those rights.
Add to that, just after San Bernadino, KPTB's newly installed Attorney General of the Department of Just-Us has stated that she will prosecute "anti-Muslim rhetoric"....in other words....prosecute free speech...so...there goes your 1st amedment protections as well.

San Bernadino
I decided to wait this out a day before posting......basically because I wanted to see if what the media was saying versus what I "thought" would pan out is still spot on. Here is what the LSM has said
1. Two "white guys" (funny considering they were wearing ski masks)
2. Long guns were used (and they didn't "immediately" identify the AR/M4 platform "assault rifle")
3. "Black Yukon"
Now....what I think will pan out.
1. Muslim men (and maybe women)
UPDATE: Suspects Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik (obviously right wing christians) are dead
2. AK platform
UPDATE: Well...missed that one...sorta... ATF sez the weapons they used WERE NOT purchased by the shooters, and were ILLEGAL in the state of Cali. I thought that Gun-Control-Laws stopped this....hudathunk?
3. Yukon was a cut-out with cold plates
4. It will be in another GFZ

A man who has been working in the area said he noticed a half-dozen Middle Eastern men in the area in recent weeks, but decided not to report anything since he did not wish to racially profile those people."
The shooter's killed the same people who threw them a baby shower for their 6 month old.....must be workplace violence.
They left IEDs at the scene and their house was a massive bomb factory.....obviously they were Mormons.
Syed recently memorized the Quran......he must be a tea-partier.
What is happening in the media is the intentional mis-direction of the Murican public....the majority of the MSM is still saying the "motive is unknown".....BULLSHIT!. The law enforcement "upper echelon" (meaning politicians) refuse to admit this is Jihad. The "upper echelon" of the FBI refuse to admit this is Jihad. KPTB was actually on CBS just prior to the attack telling the Murican public "It won't happen here". Folks......we are being LIED TO.....this is what is known as "acceptable casualties" in a war against the Murican public. The Jihadi's are the cannon fodder for it.

This time it's US Aircraft and Russian Aircraft operating in visual range of each other. A much scarier proposition. Keep in mind that these aircraft are fully locked and cocked. Now what happens if one of those 20-somethings lets one loose? The title of the post says it all.

What REALLY bursts my bubble is the LSM keeps whining with the SAD about "the children".
THESE PEOPLE have been using their children for cannon fodder for over a THOUSAND FUCKING YEARS of WAR....but don't expect the snowflakes who pretend to be journalists to know that....they only know about how EVIL the we-pub-wick-ans are causing the Glaciers in Alaska to recede (hey KPTB....you do realize that you are a real moron for trying that one).
I've seen this picture floating around of a group of 'refugees'
me-thinks a couple of questions arise from this picture:
I NATURALLY think to grab my selfie stick and cell when I am fleeing "for my life"
These 'refugees' are supposedly from poor villages in Syria, fleeing a "war"
If that were REALLY TRUE then:
- Why are the ALL MILITARY AGE men (like around 19-25 years old)?
- Why are they all so well dressed?
- Why do they look so well fed?
- They are AWFULLY happy looking for someone who had to "flee" their homes, don't they?
- Where did they get the money for the fancy knickerbockers?
- Where did they get the money for the cells (smart phones ain't cheap folks)?
- I didn't realize that SYRIA'S poor villages had 4G/LTE coverage....did you?
- How do they charge those things in villages that don't have electricity?
- If they are "starving" refugees, how can they throw away food and fresh water?
Inquiring minds want to know.............

It's called "Crisis Strategy" (as in "never let a good one). It seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism

- increase the unemployment roles....create a dependency class

- pit class against class
- pit race against race
- remove barriers of statehood definition (no borders)
- mandate a right for all to vote with no verification process (ACORN anyone?....illegals voting anyone?)

Dunning-Kruger
The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias wherein unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly assessing their ability to be much higher than is accurate. The Great Leader

Yesterday, Mohammad Youssef Abdul Azizz (I'm sure he was a Mennonite) goes and shoots up two Recruiting Stations (Gun Free Zones)....and KPTB sez it's a lone shooter and refuses to acknowledge his religion.
Last month, a shooter goes into a church in South Carolina (another Gun Free Zone)....and KPTB immediately sez it's the fault of guns, Christians, and White Southerner Society....of course this also means that it's the flags fault.
now.....tell me again what side he's on?

I agree....a law that abridges a constitutional right in one state cannot be abridged by another
So....SCOTUS sez that Section 1 of the 14th Amendment make Gay marriage a 50 state rule now...because since it's legal in one state...it's legal in all states...and those 14 states who didn't want to play with the others HAVE TO RECOGNIZE the marriage now.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
And...KPTB NATURALLY needed to boast by called the ruling a "victory for America." and that it would "end the patchwork system we currently have" and the uncertainty gay couples face over whether their unions will be recognized in other states.

1. How long until this is used as a battering ram against ANY church that cites the 1st Amendment in order to not marry two gay people? And, any bets that the "tax free status" will be dangled in front of the church?

3. Since this is now considered a RIGHT (which means it's only a right as long as it doesn't do anything of harm to another person while exercising it, and there is no "requirement" to exercise it....at least according to the left)...how long until this is used to shut down a mom-and-pop cake maker/photographer/caterer/whatever?

I'm sure that all the BS networks are blaring this every 6 minutes on the "hate crime" that happened last night in Charleston SC.
So....20-something white kid goes into a black M/E church and shoots at least 9 people dead.
The "dancing in the blood" Bloomberg, Schmuker, KPTB, Mom's-who-demand-icky-guns-are-evil, Brady-bots. etc are instantly overjoyed because of this....time to push their anti-constitutional agenda on the sheeple.....in 4, 3, 2, 1.....
A couple of things:
Why is this already called a "hate crime"? Because the perp was white and the victims are black?

A couple of items in the news so far (other than what I predicted above)
Kid is from Columbia....a bit of a drive to Charleston.
Aparently he's been thru the system before on drug charges (shocking...I know). His profile says he's about 120 lbs....at 5'9"...that's awful thin (as in meth-head thin)
Apparently a lot of his FB "friends" are either black or black-in-a-white's-body....so I think the "racist" card might have been played too soon.

Wow...didn't take long for Salon to crank out an article blaming the "right-wing extremist WHITES"...and by an author named "DeVega"....hmmm....pretty sure he's NOT white. What would happen IF I wrote a similar article and just substitued BLACK for every time he wrote WHITE...why I'd be instantly labeled as a RACIST H8R!!!! (If liberals didn't have double-standards...they wouldn't have standards at all)
Also, A kid walks into a church....sits for an HOUR with the pastor by asking for him BY NAME...then pulls out a TOOL (called a gun) and proceeds to execute 9 people....so what does our DEAR LEADER KPTB do....the only thing he knows how to do (Which AIN'T leading):
"we don't have all the facts yet BUT, (and anything before but, when it comes to a lefty, is a smokescreen)
"Once Again," (I bet he wagged his finger when he said this too, meaning: You great unwashed peasants can't think for yourselves so I have to remind you again how stupid you people are)
"it was BECAUSE someone had no trouble getting their hands on a gun".
Now....if someone says that a bad thing happened BECAUSE of a TOOL...that person is either an idiot or a deviant (sometimes both)....you choose which one KPTB is.

A couple of things:
Why is this already called a "hate crime"? Because the perp was white and the victims are black?
Why is it that when it's white-on-black it's a HC...but when it's black-on-black, white-on-white, or black-on-white....it isn't? (yes I know the reason why)
Since the pastor was also a State Senator....how long will it take for the media to say that the pastor was the "intended target" and the rest were collateral damage?

Prediction: It will take about 48 hours or less for some or all of those questions to come up.

Why a personal email server is WRONG
For those who "feel" Shrillary "didn't do anything wrong"
U.S. Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 101, Section 2071.
Paragraph (a) specifically states that the perpetrator should be fined or imprisoned for 3 years, or both.
(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. [1]
Paragraph (b) says such a perpetrator is thereby disqualified from holding any office under the United States of America.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.
